Mineral Processing

Our 4 UK locations are equipped with impact and track grinding mills which enable the fine milling of more than 400,000 tonnes of mineral per year. Each location has extensive silo storage facilities thus enabling multiple materials to be processed rapidly and without risk of contamination.

Accurate blending equipment enables the in-line incorporation of customer supplied additives or combination of base components.

Customers who require material in bags can select a weight to suit their purpose. Smaller bags are packed onto pallets and shrink wrapped for safety and convenience.

We routinely export both bulk and bagged materials by sea.

Our pelletizing plants mixes fine powders with an appropriate binder to produce single sized pellets ranging from 2-8mm depending on customers requirements. Liquid and solid additives can be incorporated into any pellet production.

Controlled drying and screening can be provided as part of processing or as discrete functions.
